the stepped and canted corner top above a faceted and spreading body fitted to each angle by finely cast female masks joined by acanthus-leaf swags beneath an egg and dart-cast border, and to the bottom by a laurel-wreath cast border, inscribed CHRISTOPLE & CIE. PARIS to the molding.
