18 karat gold and diamond "tiara" necklace, designed by Gianni Versace

Designed as a central medallion featuring a white gold Medusa head in high relief, flanked by segments of floral and foliate links, the back portion composed of polished gold links, alternately pierced in a modified key-fret motif, the whole set with 3 round diamonds weighing 1.51, 1.51 and 1.04 carats respectively, and 654 smaller round diamonds weighing 20.96 carats, length 18 inches, signed Gianni Versace 002. 

Accompanied by GIA reports nos. 8764118, 8756796 and 8737397  stating that all three diamonds are D color, Internally Flawless.
