Catalogue Note
Paul Mills made an inventory of David Park's works on paper in August of 1964. He assigned number 238 to the recto and 239 to the verso. The work was with Staempfli at that time. The work is larger than the usual size of a drawing by Park and would have been made in a life drawing session with Park, Richard Diebenkorn, Elmer Bischoff and others during the later 1950s.
