Catalogue Note
Gray House is situated five miles west of Dundee in south west Forfarshire. It was built in 1715 for the 10th Lord Gray and parts of the building owned much to the influence of Robert Adams. It fell into disrepair in 1945, although it was restored in the early 1990's.
