Description
- Pierre Nogaret, maître in Lyon in 1745.
- height 37 in.; width 26 3/4 in.
- 91 cm; 58 cm
each with a cartouche-shaped upholstered backrest, serpentine top rail carved with flowerheads and leaf tips, padded armrests on voluted supports and serpentine-fronted seat raised on cabriole legs ending in leaf-carved feet; upholstered in 18th century gros point and petit point needlework.
