empress elizabeth petrovna: an imperial land grant document complete with seal and gilded silver seal box, circa 1759

a land grant to Alexander Michelson, dated November 29th, 1759, comprising four bound pages, the first painted with a black Imperial eagle incorporating the Imperial cypher of Elizabeth I, signed by various officials, attached with a tasselled braid to a red velvet portfolio, the gilded silver seal box repoussé and chased with the Imperial eagle in high relief, maker's mark only, illegible.
