Catalogue Note

Daisy Drinkwater was the wife of the English poet and dramatist John Drinkwater (1882-1937). A violinist, she was formerly married to Benno Moiseiwitsch, the Russian pianist. She lived with John Drinkwater at Pepys House, Lambeth, London, at some time in the 1920s.
