the blue guilloché enamelled cylinder fitted at one end with an enamel watch face with black Arabic numerals, inscribed Cartier Paris London, and at the other end with a white enamel barometer dial also inscribed Cartier, the case flanked by laurel sprays and supported on a truncated fluted column draped with laurel swags centering at the front and back oval blue guilloché, enamel plaques, raised on a square base on leaf-cast tapered legs.
