Catalogue Note

Henri Dasson (1825-1896), 106 rue Vieille-du-Temple, (whose signature was always anglicized as 'Henry Dasson') is best known for copies of eighteenth-century models of furniture and objects, particularly those from the former royal collection. He showed at the Expositions of 1878 and 1889 and closed his workshop in 1894.
