A Charles X ormolu-mounted amboyna, mahogany, burr walnut and mother-of-pearl inlaid cartonnier circa 1830, stamped Morel-Goyez, Lille

with a rectangular green marble top of breakfront outline above three fall-fronts simulating four short above four long drawers enclosing wooden boxes, flanked by a pair of doors enclosing further boxes; outlined with burrwood borders highlighted with mother-of-pearl rosettes; raised on ormolu feet.
