Description

the domed pierced lid with an ormolu foliate plate and berried knop, the neck fitted with a deep gadrooned ormolu rim cast with entrelacs enclosing rosettes above beed-and-reel and a leaf cast border, the baluster-shaped vase fitted with berried grape, oak and laurel leaf swags and now fitted with intertwined serpent-shaped handles, raised on a leaf-cast ormolu base above scrolled feet cast with acanthus leaves.
