Catalogue Note

The print offered here is taken from Albert Watson's 'Shot in Vegas' series, a personal project spanning three years (2001-2004) and involving numerous trips to Las Vegas during which the photographer sought to capture a side of the city that is rarely seen.
From thousands of frames shot, the photographer chose a selection of images for the exhibition 'Frozen' at the Museum of Modern Art in Milan in Autumn 2004.  A book of the series is due to be published in 2006.
