The attribution is due to Succi who lists a very similar composition, which appears to be by the same hand , as in a private collection (see D. Succi, Francesco Tironi, Ultimo Veduista del Settecento Veneziano, Pordone 2004, p. 44, cat. no. 20, reproduced pp. 40-41).
