Catalogue Note

Coppel states that this work was inspired by the Ballet Russe, 'Power's work notes refer to varying the printing pressure on the red block to differentiate tonally the dancers' faces from their bodies; similarly the green block was to be printed more heavily on the front row of male dancers than on the back'.
