18 karat two-color gold, sapphire and diamond necklace, Buccellati, 1975

Composed of ten oval medallions of white and yellow gold openwork lace design, spaced by vertical bow-shaped links, set with 10 cushion-shaped sapphires weighing approximately 89.00 carats and decorated throughout with 470 round diamonds weighing approximately 13.75 carats, length 19 inches, signed Gianmaria Buccellati, Italy. With fitted leather case signed Buccellati.
