3¾-inch silvered dial with subsidiary seconds and up/down dials, signed and numbered H G Blair & Co., Makers to the Admiralty, Cardiff & Barry Docks, the fusee movement with Earnshaw's spring detent escapement, compensation balance and helical spring, maintaining power, spotted plates, the brass bowl gimballed in a brass-bound three tier case, (lid lacking), signed on an ivory plaque as the dial; together with a mahogany deck box
