the timepiece and the barometer with 1¾-inch enamel dials set within matt gilt surrounds divided by a thermometer, the movement with club tooth lever escapement and stamped on the backplate with the lion trade mark for Duverdrey & Bloquel, the Anglaise case  with carrying handle and inset on the top with a compass
