The hinged rectangular case centering an oval enamel painting featuring a flower bouquet framed by circular-cut diamonds to a weave of karat gold leaves, caressing a grey guilloché enamel background extending to the back, with etched karat gold edges accented by diamond-set flowers, opening to reveal a fitted mirror, mounted in 18 karat gold, signed Cartier Paris, three tiny diamonds deficient.
