The hinged square case centering on a picture of an elephant in mother-of-pearl and enamel, accented by four diamond-set motifs to a green enamel and karat gold background of scrolling pattern, edged by brown enamel extending to the back, with diamond-set thumbpiece, opening to reveal a fitted mirror, a covered compartment and a lipstick case, mounted in 18 karat gold, signed Marchak, a tiny diamond deficient.
