Catalogue Note

This painting is accompanied by an original carved frame with silver leaf by leading New Hope artist and framemaker Ben Badura. It is inscribed BB New Hope. PA. F 51 on the reverse. Badura studied frame making under Frederick Harrer and is today recognized for his skillfully carved and stenciled frames.
