Robert Lenkiewicz, 1941-2002

To be sold together with the doll which features in the work.
This work was executed as part of the Vagrancy Project in the early 1970s. It depicts Albert Edward Ernest Fisher who frequently sat for Lenkiewicz around this time. He was described by the artist in his interviews with Francis Mallett and Mark Penwill as '...a most extraordinary man' (R.O.Lenkiewicz, Plymouth, 1997).
