Catalogue Note

This lot is accompanied by a certifcate of authenticity by Françoise Siriex dated Paris, March 3, 1997. It was commissioned specifically from the firm and is unique.

Françoise Siriex was a decorator and collaborated with Leleu for over 30 years.  She is the co-author of Le Tapis Français du XXe Siècle, Edition de l'Amateur and is the Honorary President of Les Amis du Musée des Années 1930.  Françoise Siriex is currently working on the catalogue raisonné on Leleu.
