Large 4to, stamped brown boards with linen spine and tips, top edges gilt, the bookplate of C. M. Louttit affixed to the half-title, numbered 201 and signed by both Ulmann and Peterkin in ink on the colophon, in the matching brown board slipcase, no. 201 from the edition of 350; together with an additional photogravure laid in, signed by the photographer in pencil in the margin (Book of 101 Books, pp. 78-9)
