Catalogue Note

Conceived and carved in 1913 in seravezza marble, the bronze edition of 8 cast by Fiorini for H.S.Ede in the 1960s. The marble sculpture Maternity is in the collection of  Musée National d'Art Moderne, Paris. Two bronze casts are in the collection of Kettle's Yard, Cambridge and another in the collection of the Tate Gallery, London.
