single brass plate with bridges, going train under kidney-form platform for escapement under platform for balance, balance bridge, blued steel conical balance spring, bi-metallic four armed balance with platinum adjusting screws, pivoted detent escapement, barrel bridge with stop work, signed and numbered, fusee with Harrison's maintaining power, unusual side winding set up with cover and square in the bezel, silvered dial, signed and numbered, wax-filled roman numerals, blued steel hands, subsidiary seconds, inner brass bowl fitting into velvet-lined weighted gimbaled outer bowl, fine two-tier numbered mahogany box with sliding top, brass numbered plaque to top, accompanied by a copy of Randall, The Time Museum Catalogue of Marine Chronometers.
