A lady's gold and green agate octagonal pendant watch in 17th century style, Hunt & Roskell, London, no. 12587, circa 1860

tonneau gilt three-quarter plate lever movement, some jewels carried in screwed gold chatons, bi-metallic compensation balance, glazed cuvette, circular white enamel dial, roman numerals, octagonal case with stepped bezels and double C-scroll finial, the band with equally spaced green agate panels, case back as etched crystal with monogram, dial and movement signed, with associated 18k gold chain.

The English firm of Hunt & Roskell was founded in 1844.
