A rare pink gold rectangular wristwatch, Patek Philippe & Co., Genève, no. 976958, ref. 2517, 1956

18k, tonneau nickel lever movement, stamped twice with the seal of Geneva, 18 jewels, gyromax balance, precision regulator, adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, silvered matte dial, applied baton numerals, subsidiary seconds, rectangular case with gadrooned ends, case, dial and movement signed, with 18k pink gold Patek Philippe buckle, accompanied by an Extract from the Patek Philippe Archives.

The accompanying extract records the date of manufacture as 1956 and subsequently sold on October 12th of the following year.
