18k, rhodium plated lever movement, 44 jewels, mono-metallic compensation balance, ivory-coloured matte dial with applied Arabic numerals, four subsidiary dials indicating date of the month combined with constant seconds at 12, 24-hour indication combined with moon phases at 3, day of the week combined with 12 hours register at 6 and four-year cycle combined with 30 minutes regiater at 9, inner ring divided into 1/5 second with blued steel chronograph hand, outer ring calibrated for tachometric scale, official "F50" logo at the center, Dauphine hands, polished circualr case with brushed bezel and round chronograph buttons, water-resistant type screwed-down case back engraved with inscription "Manifacture specialment pour le 50eme anniversaire de Ferrari, 17/250", case, dial and movement signed, with an 18k white gold Girard-Perregaux deployant clasp. 

Girard-Perregaux started its co-operation with Ferrai in 1994. This model was produced in a limited edition of only 250 pieces and the current lot being offered at auction is numbered 17.
