18k,two identical circular rhodium plated lever movements, each with 17 jewels and mono-metallic compensation balance, silvered matte dial with 2 individual small dials displaying two different time zones, upper dial with 12 Roman numerals and inner minute ring, lower dial with 8 baton and 4 Roman numerals at the quarters, blued steel sword hands, brushed rectangular curved case with polished brancards and 2 sapphire set crowns, curved screwed-down case back, case, dial and movements signed, with an 18k yellow gold Cartier buckle.
