137 leaves, (fols. 20v-23v, 96-97 blank), 8 x 5 7/8 inches; 204 x 148 mm,  written in black ink in a sixteenth-century Sefardi cursive script,  fols. 1r-19v and 24r-135v perhaps in a different hand, the script changes on fols. 24r-v, 86r-v, 93r-v, but still probably by the same scribe, catchwords, old foliation in Hebrew begins with fol. 26, modern foliation in pencil; wormholes affecting several words, a few leaves frayed along bottom, dampstained, fols. 18-19 repaired, library stamp in red on first leaf.  Leather spine, marbled boards; worn, gnawed along top of front cover.
