Description
with wooden body bound with iron strips at the edges, the front fitted with pierced plates at the corners and a pierced shaped plate in the centre, four suspensions rings at the sides, iron top with spring cut-off and spring closure, the reverse with belt hook, and remaining in untouched condition throughout (the leather covering missing from the outer face); and a German musketeer's triangular charge flask, early 17th Century, with fabric-covered wooden body, bound with iron strips at the edges (one side panel missing its upper half), iron top fitted with spring closure, and applied with a cast bronze lion mask at the front
