engraved with the coat-of-arms of Philippe, Count of Flanders, the oval base with ribbon-tied reeded borders interrupted by matted acanthus on four matted acanthus supports, the bottle holders decorated with ribbons, fitted with two large and two small glass bottles with stoppers, a glass silver-mounted mustard pot, and a glass silver-mounted caster, all engraved with a foliate pattern, the central handle cast with matted acanthus and surmounted by a vase knob and flower-bud finial, the reverse of the base stamped with Odiot A Paris no 9967
