Etching with aquatint, plate 17 from Los Caprichos, a very rare and fine trial proof, Harris' state II, 1, with title and number but before the accent on esta in the title, on laid paper, with margins, the lower platemark partly broken through and backed, pale foxing and paper discoloration mainly in margins

Goya's working proofs are particularly rare. Harris lists only three other impressions of this plate in the same state (Brooklyn, NY; Paris, Mayer (ex Boix); formerly Paris, Provôt).
