nickel lever movement, 39 jewels, glucydur balance, adjusted to 5 positions, blue matte dial, applied arabic numerals, aperture for date between 4 and 5 o'clock, three subsidiary dials indicating constant seconds, 30 minute and 12 hour registers, rotating coin-edged bezel for slide rule, circular water-resistant-type case, case, dial and movement signed, with platinum Breitling deployant clasp, accompanied by Breitling cardboard slipcase, fitted leather display box, instruction manual, warranty and certificate.

This watch is number 7 in a limited edition of 25 pieces.

Breilting produced their first split second chronograph during the early 1940's. The modern "Navitimer Rattrapante" produced in an extremely limited series, combined the complication of an automatic chronograph movement with the split seconds function.
