of convex form, the outer face etched with designs of scrolling foliage enclosing calligraphic cartouches, the central panel enriched with gold koftgari and fitted with four shaped bosses attached to enarmes on the inside, and retaining an early fabric lining; together with three Dhals, 19th Century, each etched with calligraphy and foliage and one enriched with gold koftgari; an Indo-Persian Kulah Khud, 19th Century, with etched skull fitted with a central ring finial, sliding nasal, and mail neck-defence; and four further Dhals, 20th Century, of various sizes
