This painting is one of the first works produced by Wunambal artist Alec Mingelmanganu using traditional materials on canvas and was exhibited in Perth seven months prior to his first and only solo exhibition in September 1980.
This painting is sold with a copy of the invitation from the exhibition from which it was acquired together with a receipt.
