Our 11 July sale in London features 476 lots estimated to bring between £1-1.3 million. The lead collection boasts legendary Bordeaux including Haut Brion 1989 and 1990. Large formats of 1996 First Growths feature Latour in Jeroboam and Mouton in both double magnum and Imperial. Recent-release Latour 2000 is another highlight, on offer in bottle, magnum and double magnum. Cases of jewel-like Yquem 1967 and 1975 should tempt Sauternes lovers.
DRC, Leroy and Rousseau headline the Red Burgundy selection, which includes La Tâche 1996 and 2001, Chambertin 2002 from Rousseau and Clos de Vougeot 2013 from Leroy. An array of White Burgundy from Leflaive, Lucien le Moine and Louis Latour as well as Champagne from Krug, Salon and Dom Pérignon complete this superb collection.
Elsewhere, all the First Growths plus Petrus and Lafleur in the outstanding 1982 vintage vie for attention with Ausone, Cheval Blanc and First Growth 2000s. A near-complete vertical of Mouton running from 1941 through to 1988 is another high point. A great DRC collection including all the red Grands Crus in the 2009, 2010 and 2011 vintages and a Rousseau vertical spanning 1989 to 1996 are real show-stoppers. The sale also sees an exciting range of spirits encompassing Cognac, Scotch and Japanese Whisky.
