We are thrilled to present Sydney Denton's incredible collection of British and international ceramics this summer during our June Modern &amp; Contemporary Art marquee week in London. One of the finest collections of studio and contemporary ceramics to remain in private hands, Sydney Denton amassed his collection across a lifetime of dedication to the craft of ceramics, particularly supporting living artists. The sale will be presented in two parts: the first a live sale for the highlights of the collection on 26 June, followed by a second online sale encompassing the remaining 200 works on 27 June. The online sale, with a particular focus on the legacy of The Leach Pottery in St Ives, includes works by Janet Leach, Emmanuel Cooper, Richard Batterham, Alan Caiger-Smith, Clive Bowen, Rupert Spira, John Maltby, and many more.
