The Part 4 encompasses a grand synthesis of the varied themes from the previous three parts. It includes a wide range of types, from animal carvings and scholar's objects to jewelries and pendants. Such a diversity of functional and thematic jade carvings, when viewed from an artistic perspective, invariably oscillates between the realms of emptiness and solidity.
