T he Sotheby’s LIMITED Patron Program is designed to foster a deeper connection between collectors and contemporary artists. Established in response to the exceptional demand surrounding our release with Raymond Pettibon, this program provides eligible clients with an opportunity for priority access to future LIMITED releases.
Program Framework & Qualification:
Enrollment: Clients who acquire LIMITED editions by two distinct artists may become eligible for enrollment in the Patron Program.
Tiered Priority: Allocation status scales dynamically with the diversity of your collection. Supporting a broader group of participating artists may enhance your priority ranking for future, highly anticipated releases.
Securing your Allocation: As a patron, you may be considered for priority allocation opportunities ahead of the general public, subject to availability and Sotheby’s sole discretion. Please note that when Sotheby’s notifies a client of an allocation opportunity, we require confirmation within a 48 hour timeframe to guarantee your acquisition. Unclaimed allocations will be released after this window and offered to the next eligible client.

No Guarantee of Allocation: Participation in the Patron Program does not guarantee access to, reservation of, or the ability to purchase any future edition. All allocations are subject to availability and Sotheby’s sole discretion.
Non-Transferability: Priority status, allocations, and early access invitations are strictly non-transferable, are tied exclusively to the primary account holder, and do not create any contractual right or entitlement to purchase future editions.
