3 of a Kind: Ladies' Watches

By Sotheby's
Diamond wristwatches of differing styles and designs have been produced for nearly 100 years. Here we have selected three examples from the upcoming Joaillerie Paris sale on 30 April to show that there’s a style for everyone.

A bolder design which illustrates the 1940s love of geometric shapes often depicted in polished yellow gold. This wristwatch-cum-bracelet makes a fashionable statement whilst also providing a discreet watch face.

An elegant design which was created in 1999, this wristwatch has a minimalist look for those who prefer a cooler shade of metal with a hint of opulence with the single lines of diamonds to either side of the face.

For those who are looking for a very inconspicuous wristwatch then this is the jewel for them. Whilst appearing to be a bracelet with decorative floral motifs on the front, the central section can be rotated to display the silver dial.
