Biography
Robin Wright joined Sotheby’s in 2000 and participates in all aspects of organising and promoting Jewellery sales in New York. She regularly conducts appraisals in the New York area and throughout the Midwest region, and is a frequent lecturer on Jewellery topics.
Previously Director of Sotheby’s Arcade Jewellery sales, Ms Wright was instrumental in numerous Magnificent Jewels sales during her tenure. Her background also includes 20 years in the retail Jewellery industry.
A Graduate Gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America, Ms Wright received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and is a member of the American Society of Jewellery Historians.
