Dirk Eijkemans

Dirk Eijkemans joined Sotheby’s in 2020 and was appointed Associate Specialist 19th & 20th Century Art in 2022. Working closely with international colleagues, his primary focus is on 19th & 20th Century Art and several other categories such as Contemporary Art, Prints, Photography and Design. Prior to joining the Amsterdam team, Dirk worked from 2017 to 2019 as a cataloguer in the department of prints and drawings of the Rijksmuseum on the 20th century collection. Dirk received a Bachelor’s degree at the University of Leiden in 2017 and a Master’s degree with Distinction in Art History from The Courtauld Institute of Art in 2020.
