Damian Leslie acts as Senior Lending Portfolio Manager in London. Prior to joining Sotheby’s in 2015, he spent 13 years in the finance industry, coming from Coutts, a Private Bank in the UK, where he provided wealth management and lending advice to high net worth individuals within the Entrepreneurs client group, especially focused on leveraging their assets. Coutts has a similar heritage to Sotheby’s and is one of the oldest Private Banks in the UK – started in 1692 and looks after many high profile clients including the Royal Family.
