otheby’s is extremely honoured to present our first Single Owner sale in Spring – Prestigious French Classics from A Great Cellar. Being able to bring to the market such an extraordinary collection of vinous classics. The collector has a great eye on only the best of the best, the result is living liquid legends that are the products of both art and science. Buying in this sale will give you access to the monuments of Bordeaux and Burgundy, those wines to which we all aspire and treasure when we are lucky enough to drink them.
Where Bordeaux is concerned, some of the highest vintages are included, Cheval Blanc 1982, 1990, 1998 and 2000 are just a tip of the breadth of this collection. Lafite 1990 and Mouton 1986 are both sensational, developing in the glass and enveloping us all with their great dimension and depth. Not to mention the legendary vintages of Petrus 1989, 1990, 1998 and 2000; and the equally impressive Le Pin 1982 and 1990.
Burgundy is at its pinnacle. Domaine de la Romanée Conti is at its best on vintages like 1978, 1985, 1990 and 1999. Don’t forget a once in a lifetime DRC Romanée Conti 1976 in methuselah. And then the wines of Henri Jayer are eternally exciting. The vintage spectrum of Jayer’s Cros Parantoux ranging 3 decades is certainly worth pondering.

「法國名釀特級窖藏」是本年度香港春季拍賣呈獻的首個單一藏家窖藏，能把這些非凡卓絕的美酒帶到拍賣場上，蘇富比深感榮幸。這位藏家眼光獨到，只對頂尖葡萄酒青睞有加，集成結合工藝與科技、至今仍在瓶中熟陳的傳奇美酒珍藏。本窖藏品質之精妙，彷彿一扇通往波爾多及布艮地經典名莊的大門，任誰都會渴望並珍惜這些佳釀。
窖藏中的波爾多美酒囊括不少美好年份，白馬堡1982、1990、1998及2000年早已成為膾炙人口的經典，而這只是冰山一角。拉菲古堡1990年及木桐堡1986年均驚為天人，酒液在杯中綻放升華，令飲者彷彿徜徉在浩瀚深邃的酒香海洋裡。另有讓人趨之若鶩的柏翠堡1989、1990、1998及2000年，還有同樣給人深刻印象的 Le Pin 1982及1990年。
布艮地的頂級瑰釀當然少不得羅曼尼康帝1978、1985、1990及1999年的一流出品， 六公升裝的 DRC Romanée Conti 1976年更是畢生難得一遇的緣分。 Henri Jayer 主理的葡萄酒則永遠值得翹首以待。本窖藏裡由Jayer掌舵釀製的 Cros Parantoux 涵蓋年份長達三十載，值得諸位仔細琢磨。
本次特級窖藏拍賣可謂星光熠熠，林林總總的法國名釀適合任何特殊時刻和場合，必然可以為珍貴的回憶添上一重畢生銘記的微醺酒意。
