Dom Pérignon 2009

Launched in 2017, ahead of the 2008, the first time the vintage release order was not chronological at DP - the warmth and ripeness of the year were behind the decision. In 2023 and from magnum, the nose is aromatic and fresh, with a saline note and all the DP class. On the palate, finesse and fleshy fruit, underpinned by elegance, as always. Silky and so very drinkable - it 'floats'.  Serena Sutcliffe, MW
