In 2021, a wonderfully cassis and chocolate nose - you know that this will be rich, classy Pauillac. A mouthful of velvet texture and deep black fruit flavour. 2003s like this, at the top, are not multi-dimensional, but they are seriously opulent. The cocoa finish is luscious! Serena Sutcliffe, MW
