In 2021, this has a wonderful, spicy chocolate nose - real 'eastern promise'! On the palate, deep, sweet and supple, with a finish that is pure St.Estèphe married to the inimitable rich, ripe 1982 character that overrides all. The impact of the great class of the property is all apparent and it is still fresh and immediate. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
