Qing dynasty, 18th century
signed Huang Yi, Xiaosong mark and inscribed with a poem :
《凉州刺史魏元丕碑》
有畢萬者,僊去仕晉,建勛封魏,爰暨於君,稟乾氣之純懿。其仕州郡也,躬素忠謇,犯而勿欺,兼綜憲法,通識百典。查孝廉,拜尚書、侍郎,秉廷科績,特拜左丞。每在選舉,遜讓匪石,鑚前忽後,遂耽思舊章,尋匪匡弼九貫樞衡年而罔愆。

Huang Yi (1744-1802), also known as Xiaosong was born in Renhe (now Hangzhou, Zhejiang). He was a seal carver and calligrapher during the Qing Dynasty.
Together with his teacher, Ding Jing, they were collectively known as the "Ding Huang School". Huang Yi is also one of the "Eight Master Seal Carvers of Xiling", famous for his clerical script.
