This alternative style C poster is the rarest of the three different Japanese poster used to promote the film.

This Japanese animated fantasy film was written and directed by Hayao Miyazaki, and was the first film made by Studio Ghibli. The film is about a young girl and boy, who attempt to keep pirates and secret agents at bay, all of whom are looking for the girl's magic blue crystal. The girl, who fell from an airship where she was taken when she was abducted, is with the help of the boy, searching for her identity in a legendary floating castle.
